000Webhost is the most used free hosting compony,so if you are newbie and just wanna test out some script,you should use 000webhost.

First of all you have to go to 000webhost.com,Once you are in the site you will see at the navbar a column saying "Order Now".
You have to click on it and fill the info.

Once you are dona with it,they will email you for your confirmation and once your confirmed and login your account,you will see your domain listed and then you have to click on "Go to Cpanel"

And now you can acess the cpanel and create FTP Accounts so you can upload files to the server.

You can also create the database in the same way and your account is ready for hosting.
